Winter plant purchases: Heat packs are available for $5 each. If you need one, please message me before purchase so I can bundle for you! I cannot accept refunds for cold damage if you live in an area experiencing temps below 40 degrees and choose not to purchase.
That being said, I am extremely flexible when it comes to working out a solution (whether it be a refund or new plant) if the plant arrives in bad shape. Please message me once you receive the item if this is the case!
